About the role
Responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and advise on compliance issues related to healthcare operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and education to staff on compliance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Current certification in healthcare compliance preferred.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
