- Maintain positive contact with clients
- Perform case management
- Independently track deadlines
- Manage and complete daily tasks
- Prepare and submit Open Negotiation Document File for Arbitration
- Prepare and submit Brief
Skills
- Medical billing experience
- Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) and/or No Surprise Act (NSA) Review
- Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Out of network billing preferred
- Computer Proficiency with working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and FileVine (or similar document management system)
- Detailoriented, highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Ability to adapt to changes in workflow
- Positive attitude
