About The Role We're looking for skilled and motivated professionals at the Supervisor, Manager, or Director level to join our Healthcare Audit practice, focused on skilled nursing facility (SNF) clients. This role can be based in our Cleveland or Akron office or performed fully remotely. Whether you're leading engagements, developing client relationships, or driving practice growth, there's a place for you here. Responsibilities Responsibilities will be tailored to your experience level and may include: Lead Healthcare audit engagements from planning through completionReview work papers, financial statements, and audit documentationAnalyze and evaluate internal controls, accounting processes, and systemsSupervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing work and providing on-the-job trainingManage client communications, ensuring timelines and quality standards are metOversee multiple engagements simultaneously and manage project budgets and billing (manager/director level)Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact (manager/director level)Contribute to business development, proposal efforts, and practice growth initiatives (director level)Perform technical research and stay current on Healthcare and GAAP requirementsIdentify opportunities to enhance client service and strengthen relationships Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA certification requiredPublic accounting audit experience ranging from 4 -10+ years depending on levelWorking knowledge of GAAP and assurance standards; skilled nursing facility (SNF) or healthcare audit experience strongly preferredStrong attention to detail, time management, and technical skillsEagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment Why Join Pease Bell?
