About the role

Work on the cutting edge of AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the healthcare law expertise you already have. The AI systems people rely on for complex questions are trained and tested by real legal professionals. The teams building them need healthcare attorneys who can create realistic legal scenarios, assess whether an AI response is accurate and ethically sound, write the answer a practicing lawyer would give, and explain where the reasoning falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI models for work involving U.S. healthcare law. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.

Responsibilities

  • Create practical scenarios based on real-world healthcare legal challenges, including compliance and regulatory review
  • Review healthcare legal documents and regulatory materials, then annotate them for AI training
  • Evaluate AI responses for legal accuracy, clarity and ethical standards under U.S. healthcare law
  • Write clear expert answers and detailed feedback that improve the model's legal reasoning

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree and an active license to practice law in the United States
  • Significant experience advising on healthcare law, compliance and regulatory matters
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute
  • No AI experience needed (you bring the expertise; we provide training on the tools)

Benefits

  • Get paid $140–$400 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
  • Work directly with frontier AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved — experience most healthcare attorneys will not have for years
  • Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping healthcare law, and the people who understand it from the inside will lead that change
  • Fully remote, fully flexible, no minimum shift, no commute

Pay

$140–$400 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor

Schedule

About 20 hours a week, you choose when; fully remote, United States
