Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, review, and annotate healthcare legal documents, regulatory materials, and compliance-related content.
  • Draft and critique sample legal content related to healthcare compliance, fraud and abuse, patient privacy, telemedicine, and related areas.
  • Evaluate AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and consistency with applicable U.S. healthcare laws and ethical standards.
  • Provide detailed, well-reasoned written feedback to improve the legal reasoning and accuracy of AI systems.
  • Identify emerging legal, regulatory, and compliance developments relevant to healthcare and the project's ongoing requirements.
  • Apply legal expertise to hypothetical and real-world healthcare scenarios.
  • Develop practical scenarios and use cases reflecting real-world legal and compliance challenges in healthcare.
  • Collaborate with legal, research, and technical professionals through written and verbal communication.
  • Participate in virtual discussions, reviews, and calibration sessions to ensure consistent and high-quality legal analysis.
  • Clearly document findings, legal reasoning, and recommendations in accordance with project guidelines.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Significant professional experience in healthcare law, healthcare compliance, or related regulatory matters.
  • Strong knowledge of key U.S. healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
  • Experience researching, interpreting, and applying healthcare regulations to practical legal or compliance matters.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and issue-spotting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality legal analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fully remote, multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience drafting or reviewing healthcare contracts, policies, or compliance documentation.
  • Experience with healthcare regulatory investigations, risk management, or compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, clinical environments, telemedicine, or digital health.
  • Experience with policy analysis or regulatory review within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience performing structured or rubric-based legal analysis, document review, or quality evaluation.
  • Interest or experience in legal technology, AI, emerging technologies, or AI model evaluation.
