201908 Flexstaff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience in Medicare, Medicaid & out of network claims to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Location: Chappaqua, NY

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Medicare, Medicaid and out of network claims.
• Handle collections prior to service with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Support financial operations with timely and precise documentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts receivable and healthcare billing
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with relevant billing software and systems

Pay

$28.00 per hour

Schedule

Hybrid Role: 3 days in Office and 2-day work from home. (Tues and Thurs remote)
