Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of patient care activities
- Provide support to patients and families
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns
- Support the nursing staff in managing patient flow
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Current certification as a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights
