Health Unit Coordinator

Part-time (0.6 FTE), 24 hours per week with variable shifts, onsite at Providence Valdez Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to coordinate department activities and ensure smooth information flow between teams and departments.
• Provide clinical support in a healthcare setting, assisting with administrative and patient-related tasks.
• Contribute to a patient-focused, respectful, and inclusive care environment.

Requirements

• Preferred: 1 year of experience, preferably as a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) or in healthcare activities.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, patient-centered environment.

Pay

$20.22 - $30.31/hour, with potential for additional incentives.
