Health Unit Coord/CMT I

Responsibilities

• Serving as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
• Checking patients in for procedures and escorting them to pre-operative areas.
• Ensuring a seamless transition through the surgical process as well as other office related duties.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic proficiency in commonly used computer applications, including Microsoft Office or equivalent systems.

Qualifications

• Require basic knowledge of commonly used computer applications and Office equivalent.
• Require expert interpersonal skills.
• Require the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Pay

$17.35/hr - $23.60/hr (rate offered is based on related experience)

Schedule

Fulltime: 40 hours a week, 1st shift, Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm- no weekends or holiday.
