About The Project Activities How you and the community will make an impact together: Develop or strengthen M&E frameworks, tools, and data collection systems to track programmatic progress. Introduce innovative methods for data analysis, storytelling, and reporting. Design evaluation strategies that are contextually appropriate and user friendly. Identify opportunities to strengthen staff capacity on data quality and program learning. Develop user-friendly dashboards or reporting formats. Guide staff in identifying key indicators and outcomes that reflect both quantitative and qualitative program success. Facilitate regular learning sessions and feedback loops to integrate findings into program design and adaptation. You may also work on additional projects that meet your community’s interests and priorities, such as community health data awareness activities and health information and data literacy clubs.
