We currently serve over 35 correctional facilities across Georgia, Louisiana, the Southeast, and beyond.

About the role

This is a managerial position responsible for the efficient and effective administration of all aspects of healthcare services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Health Services Coordinator oversees clinical, financial, administrative, information technology, and human resources systems. The role promotes the highest quality of patient care through fair and equitable policies and procedures, collaborating with other health services team members and correctional staff. Duties are operationally directed with an emphasis on appropriate resource utilization and performance standards as established by NCCHC, ACA, and other accrediting agencies. The position requires strong leadership, team-building skills, ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Administer all aspects of healthcare services on a 24/7 basis.
  • Oversee clinical, financial, administrative, IT, and HR systems.
  • Promote high-quality patient care through collaboration with healthcare and correctional staff.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and performance standards set by accrediting agencies (NCCHC, ACA).
  • Demonstrate leadership, team-building, ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN Nursing program.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
  • Corrections experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of administrative/supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including office software and internet.
