We offer comprehensive training programs that empower staff to promote a well-rounded, normalized high school experience while fostering growth, positive change, and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility is compliant with all contracts, ACA standards, and licensing requirements related to medical-related treatment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and determine appropriate levels of care; assure the delivery of essential care needs and quality of service provided.
• Provide consultation services to assist in adhering to standards.
• Manage the medical unit with both administrative and clinical oversight.
• Administer and coordinate all medical, dental, and psychiatric services.
• Be on 24-hour call to respond to emergencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related health care field and/or equivalent experience.
• Current clear and active Registered Nursing license from the state of Florida.
• Minimum of two years of previous medical services administration, including demonstrated experience in operating and securing comprehensive health services programs.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (THC not tested for pre-employment), physical, and TB test.
• Ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

$80,000 annually
