Position Overview
Salary range: The salary range for this position is $325,000 – $460,000. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment. See Professorial Series (Adjunct, Clinical X, HS Clinical, In Residence, Ladder Rank) and Professor of Teaching Series – Health Sciences Compensation Plan . This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan , which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.

Position Description
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology invites applications for a faculty position in the Health Sciences Clinical Series (non‑tenure track) at the level of Assistant Professor or higher, commensurate with qualifications. This position is within the OB/GYN Hospitalist Division and is dedicated to providing exceptional clinical and surgical care to our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Private patient practice
- Supervision and teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows
- Providing care to unassigned patients
- Assisting community physicians
- Responding to obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold an MD or DO, possess a California medical license and Drug Enforcement Agency certificate by the start date, and be eligible for or certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
