Health Sales Consultant (Kiosks)

About The Role

As a Health Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for women who may not even know help is available. You'll start conversations, build trust quickly, and guide people toward health and wellness products and programs that can genuinely change their lives.

What You'll Do

• Engage walk-by mall traffic and convert conversations into patient enrollments
• Educate prospective patients on Willow's health programs and non-Rx wellness products at the kiosk
• Hit individual enrollment and sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
• Maintain a professional, consultative presence that reflects a trusted healthcare brand
• Accurately capture patient information and enrollment data at point of sale
• Support the setup, promotion, and execution of local events as needed
• Use slower traffic periods productively, through social media, online communities, SMS/email outreach, and other digital channels to drive awareness and inbound

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in face-to-face or retail sales, ideally in health, wellness, or a consultative consumer category
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers in a busy, high-traffic environment
• Strong communicator who can explain health concepts clearly and without pressure
• Digitally fluent, at ease engaging audiences across social platforms and messaging channels
• Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
• Prior experience with commission-based compensation is a plus

Pay

$20.00 per hour + commission on enrollments and sales. Uncapped commission, your earning potential grows with every sales!
