Key Responsibilities
- Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response
- Audit and assist operations with compliance and communication of existing HSE programs
- Assist with meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role, and 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry
- Experience in building substations preferred
- Board of Certified Safety Professionals and/or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentialing (desired)
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred
- Ability to work a flexible and varied work schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time across the United States
- Ability to work 30 days on and 10 days off rotations
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role, and 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Expected Salary Range: $89,000 - $123,000 USD
