Health RN/LPN

About the role

We are seeking a Co-worker Health Nurse to provide comprehensive health services to employees under the supervision of the Manager – Co-worker Health.

Responsibilities

• Performing health assessments, immunizations, and screenings in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Managing on-site TB testing, respirator fit testing, and first aid.
• Supporting injury management, return-to-work programs, and workers' compensation coordination.
• Maintaining confidentiality of health records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Preparing reports and contributing to safety, wellness, and environmental committees.

Qualifications and skills

• Current RN or LPN licensure and relevant clinical experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• For LPNs, BLS certification and possibly IV certification are preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical duties.
• This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual committed to promoting employee health and safety within a healthcare environment.
