Health Policy & Management – AI Content Specialist About The Role Your public health expertise is more valuable than ever — and not just in traditional settings. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build models that people will rely on for health information, policy guidance, and epidemiological insight. We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) professionals to help us get it right. You'll work directly with large language models, stress-testing their understanding of population health, biostatistics, and health equity — and training them to deliver accurate, evidence-based, and ethically sound responses. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that lets you apply your graduate-level expertise in a high-impact, cutting-edge domain. Organization: AlignerrType: Hourly ContractLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Create advanced prompts and cases involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trial dataAuthor Ground-Truth Responses — Write rigorous, step-by-step solutions grounded in peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and authoritative guidelines (CDC, WHO, and others)Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for factual accuracy, logical consistency, bias, and adherence to ethical standardsRefine Model Reasoning — Provide structured feedback that helps AI distinguish correlation from causation, communicate risk appropriately, and adapt messaging for diverse populations Required Who You Are Graduate degree in Public Health (MPH, MSPH) or a closely related fieldStrong foundational knowledge in at least two core areas: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health PolicyAbility to translate complex health data into clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive written contentHigh attention to detail — especially around statistical significance, data citations, and intervention logicNo prior AI experience required Nice To Have Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflowsProficiency with data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or StataBackground in health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health surveillance Why Join Us Work on meaningful projects at the frontier of AI developmentFully remote and asynchronous — work on your own scheduleFreelance flexibility with real intellectual challengeDirect engagement with industry-leading language modelsPotential for ongoing contract renewals and expanded projectsBe part of a global network of subject-matter experts shaping how AI handles high-stakes health topics
