Health Plan Specialist
About the role
Our health insurance client is hiring to support their ramp for open enrollment. This role will specifically handle Medicare calls, speaking with an elderly population, so empathy and patience are key. You will help walk members through their Medicaid benefits and answer any questions they may have. Calls are all inbound, typically between 50 and 70 per day (70 is the high end and not the norm).

Requirements
- 2+ years of call center experience (required)
- Payor experience (highly preferred)
- Medicaid experience (a bonus)
- High school diploma or GED (required)

Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
