Health Plan Clinical Pharmacist - Remote

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution, strengthening care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical pharmacy strategies for optimal outcomes
• Create programs for evidence-based cost savings in drug utilization
• Monitor pharmacy-related quality measures to drive performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to address medication-related gaps in care
• Act as a drug information resource for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and support the Health Plan Drug Formulary
• Coordinate the prior authorization process for pharmacy utilization management

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy with relevant clinical experience
• Current unrestricted pharmacy license in ME
• 3+ years of experience in retail, hospital, or managed care pharmacy
• Extensive knowledge of drug products, medical therapeutics, and pharmacokinetics
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Pay

$137,952 – $170,411 annually
