Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Valid New Jersey Teacher Certification or eligibility for appropriate certification
  • All certificated positions require a valid certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE)
  • Applicants must upload proof of the appropriate certification for the position they are applying for at the time of application

Building Principal

Performance Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements written instructional plans that meet the diverse needs, abilities, and interests of all students
  • Creates and maintains a classroom environment that supports learning and is developmentally appropriate
  • Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and establishes clear objectives aligned with those goals
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the district's philosophy of education and its instructional goals and objectives through instructional practices and professional conduct
  • Establishes and maintains positive, cooperative relationships with colleagues, students, and families
  • Performs other duties and assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by the building principal

Pay

$70,075 – $114,875 annually
