Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare and life sciences projects from planning through construction
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary design teams
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to project leadership
- Navigate complex regulatory requirements and healthcare design standards
- Help shape innovative spaces that positively impact communities and patient care
Requirements
- Professional Architecture License required
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of architectural experience
- Strong healthcare project experience, with life sciences experience highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage projects, client relationships, and project teams
- Experience in all phases of design and construction administration
