Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Ability to politely and professionally communicate over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clerical accuracy
- Track record of excellent attendance and punctuality
- Customer service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond
- Willingness to learn more
Preferred Criteria
- 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Associate degree
- Positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivation to succeed and excel
Responsibilities
- Preparing and posting clerical documents to our secure website every month for customers and brokers
- Preparing semi-annual reviews of our customers' healthcare expenses within their plan
- Submitting annual reports to reinsurance carriers
- Ensuring all clerical documents are accurate and tackling other office duties as assigned
Pay
Earn competitive pay based on experience!
Schedule
Work a standard 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday schedule. Overtime is available during the peak season.
