About the role
Assist in ensuring compliance with health insurance regulations and quality assurance standards.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze health insurance policies and procedures for compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to compliance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public policy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare compliance or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant healthcare regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
