As our Health Insurance Compliance Associate, you'll earn a competitive wage of $18 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of administrative, sales support, customer service, or insurance-related experience
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency with CRM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be the key to maintaining compliance and integrity across our processes. Your day will involve:
- Reviewing Medicare and ACA enrollments, applications, and documentation with a critical eye, ensuring every detail aligns with regulations
- Identifying potential compliance risks, documenting findings, and escalating concerns to leadership
- Collaborating closely with sales teams to reinforce approved practices
Schedule
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position working 7 AM to 4 PM.
