Health Information Management Program Manager

Education, Certifications And Experience

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in health information management, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field.
• Required: At least 5 years of experience in health information management.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Preferred: Certified Health Information Technician (RHIT) Certification.
• Preferred: Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, health information technology, and data management in a healthcare setting.
• Preferred: Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) or Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security (CHPS).
• Preferred: Experience working in a tribal healthcare environment or with Native American populations.

Special Requirements

• Preferred: Master’s degree in health information management, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field.
• Required: Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Required: Current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card or ability to obtain one within ninety (90) days of hire.
