As a Health Informatics Analyst, you'll bring your real-world knowledge of EHR systems and clinical workflows to evaluate, improve, and train cutting-edge AI models in the healthcare domain.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, clinical data interpretations, and EHR-related outputs for accuracy and quality
  • Review and assess AI responses related to health information systems, clinical workflows, and operational data
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI-generated healthcare analysis and provide structured, expert feedback
  • Apply your knowledge of data visualization, reporting, and trend analysis to evaluate AI performance in real-world clinical scenarios
  • Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of domain experts and AI researchers

Who You Are

  • Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
  • Strong analytical thinker with a solid foundation in data interpretation and health informatics
  • Comfortable working with clinical, technical, and operational concepts
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with health information standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD coding, etc.)
  • Background in clinical informatics, public health, or healthcare IT
