Health Informatics Analyst

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, clinical workflows, and health information systems
• Review EHR-related content for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and logical consistency
• Identify errors, gaps, or misleading outputs in AI-generated health informatics content
• Provide structured, expert feedback using defined evaluation rubrics
• Assess AI performance across tasks involving data pipelines, clinical reporting, and health system operations
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
• Ability to evaluate clinical and operational content with a critical, detail-oriented eye
• Comfortable communicating technical findings in clear, structured written formats
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with health information system evaluation or optimization
• Background in data quality, data annotation, or clinical decision support
• Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation workflows
• Experience collaborating across clinical, technical, and operational teams
