Health Informatics Analyst

About The Role

We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical data. Your domain expertise will directly influence how AI understands, interprets, and communicates complex health information — making a real impact on the future of healthcare AI.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, EHR data interpretations, and clinical workflow recommendations for accuracy and quality
• Identify errors, gaps, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to health informatics topics
• Provide structured, expert feedback on how AI handles healthcare data, system performance questions, and clinical decision support scenarios
• Review and assess AI outputs involving health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills including data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting
• Able to evaluate the accuracy and clinical relevance of AI-generated health content
• Comfortable collaborating across clinical, technical, and operational subject areas
• Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation guidelines

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in health IT, clinical informatics, or population health analytics
• Familiarity with standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding systems
