Health Informaticist / Principal Trainer
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive info.
We need to decide what goes where. Typically About the role = Job Purpose paragraph. Responsibilities = list of duties (Duty 1-19). Requirements = Education, Preferred Licenses/Certifications, maybe Licensure as RN. Qualifications could be related work experience, knowledge and other skills? But they also have Skills section. We need to avoid duplication. Let's map:
- About the role: Job Purpose paragraph.
- Responsibilities: list of duties (Duty 1-19). Use - .
- Requirements: Education, Preferred Licenses/Certifications, Licensure as RN (maybe as requirement). Also "One or more years of experience implementing or supporting electronic health record applications is preferred." That's experience requirement.
- Qualifications: maybe "Beginner Microsoft Office skills." and other abilities? But those are skills. Could treat Qualifications as "Related Work Experience, Knowledge and Other Skills" but that's a big list. However we already have Skills section for abilities. Let's think: The posting has sections: Education, Preferred Licenses and/or Certifications, Related Work Experience, Knowledge and Other Skills. So we can map:
Requirements: Education, Preferred Licenses/Certifications, Licensure as RN (maybe part of licenses). Also maybe "One or more years of experience implementing or supporting electronic health record applications is preferred." That's experience requirement.
Qualifications: maybe not needed if we put experience under Requirements. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine experience under Requirements and then Skills for abilities.
Skills: list of abilities (written, oral, instructional, presentation, interpersonal, self-motivated, customer orientation, analyze systems, conceptualize plan, communicate concepts, manage tasks, interpersonal skills, develop new skills, collaborate, understand operational standards, identify risks, recommend solutions, analyze data, healthcare knowledge, knowledge of Epic, understanding SDLC, change management, team work). That's many.
Schedule: Hours of Work: 40 Days Of Week: 5 Work Shift: (blank). So we can say 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Shift not specified.
We should not include Pay or Benefits.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft:

We should not include empty sections. Ensure no extra whitespace at start? It's fine.
Check for any repeated content: The responsibilities list includes duty items exactly as in posting. Good.
Check that we didn't include any boilerplate like mission statement etc. We omitted the Methodist Health System description (mission, awards). That is boilerplate? It's descriptive but maybe considered "About the organization" not required. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The mission statement and awards might be considered boilerplate? It's not explicitly listed but could be considered organizational description. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The mission statement is substantive? It's about the organization, not the job. Might be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. Safer to keep? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." It does not say to remove company description. However earlier they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The company description could be considered not directly about the role. But it's substantive info about employer. Might be okay to include? However we have no section for "About the company". Could add a section "About the organization" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are only those listed. So we should not add extra headings. Could we fold it into About the role? That would be mixing. Probably better to omit as it's not required headings. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we omit the company description, we are losing substantive info. But maybe they consider that as boilerplate not required. The examples of boilerplate they gave: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning. Not company description. So maybe we should keep it. But we have no place to put it unless we add a generic after About the role before Responsibilities. That would be okay as prose. The instruction: Use
for prose. So we could add a paragraph after About the role containing the Methodist Health System description. That would preserve info without extra heading. Let's do that.
Add after About the role
Methodist Health System is a faith-based organization with a mission to improve and save lives through compassionate, quality healthcare. For nearly a century, Dallas-based Methodist Health System has been a trusted choice for health and wellness. Named one of the fastest-growing health systems in America by Modern Healthcare, Methodist has a network of 12 hospitals (through ownership and affiliation) with nationally recognized medical services, such as a Level I Trauma Center, multi-organ transplantation, Level III Neonatal
