About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with medical professionals to provide comprehensive care plans.
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Handle emergencies and communicate with patients and families effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
- Experience with healthcare software systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
