Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Lead

Responsibilities

• Build trust and credibility for the company's products with a range of stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define clinical features for metabolic health
• Translate metabolic expertise into clinical feature specifications with real-world performance goals
• Design and oversee clinical validation studies to demonstrate product performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance by collaborating with quality and clinical outcomes teams
• Anticipate risks and maintain clear communication across teams
• Stay current on medical insights to inform product decisions and internal knowledge

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or MBBS with expertise in endocrinology or metabolic medicine
• Board-certified in a relevant specialty with an active medical license
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a relevant field
• Experience in health product development or digital health, particularly in regulated environments
• Strong communication skills for diverse teams and presentations
