Health Care Transactions Associate

Key Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of transactional experience, ideally with health care clients
• Strong knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory environments and their impact on transactions
• Skilled in drafting complex transactional documents and managing large projects
• Ability to mentor junior associates
• Excellent academic record, writing, and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting directly with senior partners and clients
• Active Bar membership in relevant jurisdiction(s) required; timely admission to Bar for office location is mandatory

Practice Focus

• Represent a broad range of health care sector clients, including physician practices, telemedicine, health systems, and private equity investors in health care and life sciences
• Handle sophisticated transactional matters and day-to-day business legal issues affecting health care industry clients

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $260,000 to $390,000 (based on experience, internal pay equity, and other factors)
