About the role

The Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team provides integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services to clients across various sectors, including health care. This role focuses on helping health care clients translate enterprise priorities into actionable technology strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Developing technology strategies to improve profitability, accelerate growth, and deliver value across stakeholder groups
  • Leading technology strategy engagements for health care clients, including platform, architecture, operating model, and capability decisions
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by shaping deliverables, driving day-to-day client relationships, and guiding teams through complex transformation initiatives
  • Engaging in project planning, budgeting, delivery oversight, quality management, and risk management across client work
  • Contributing to practice growth through business development, proposal leadership, methodology development, thought leadership, and people development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of consulting or industry experience, including 6+ years in healthcare payer technology, strategy, consulting, or transformation
  • 6+ years of experience managing large technology engagements, including at least 2 full life cycle implementations
  • 5+ years of experience working with senior executives to craft and implement technology improvement strategies
  • 2+ years of experience overseeing artificial intelligence and/or data projects end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting
  • 2+ years of experience functioning as a Senior Manager in a consulting environment or managing teams in an operating environment, with experience at the intersection of technology and strategy, including corporate and business unit technology strategy, business transformation, and artificial intelligence strategy implementation

Pay

The salary range for this role is $190,200 to $372,000, with a reasonable estimate of the current range being $190,200 to $372,000.

Schedule

The role requires a reasonable amount of travel, averaging 50% of the time based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
