Health Care Professional - Nursing - Nurse I

About the role

Deliver routine nursing care and support to individuals with behavioral health and medical needs. Administer medications, conduct assessments, collect specimens, and collaborate with treatment teams. Operate under supervision and follow established protocols to ensure safe and effective client care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and injections according to nursing standards and provider orders
• Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate client responses to treatment
• Perform venipuncture, urine drug screens, and other lab specimen collections
• Review and document medication adherence and side effects
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and pharmacies to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
• Order and organize medical supplies and maintain clean workspaces
• Educate clients on medication and wellness practices
• Participate in team meetings and communicate client status and needs
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule

North Campus is a 24‑hour facility hiring for full‑time, part‑time, and PRN positions to work day, evening, and/or overnight shifts.
