Health Care Litigation Attorney – Memphis (#848)

About the Role

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. in Memphis is seeking a litigation attorney with three or more years of litigation experience, preferably in health care litigation, to join its health law litigation practice. This is a specialized, non-shareholder track position.

Responsibilities

• Defend hospitals, physicians, and long-term care facilities on a wide variety of health care litigation and related regulatory matters
• Handle discovery and motion practice

Requirements

• Three or more years of litigation experience
• Health care litigation experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Tennessee law license required
• Mississippi law license helpful
