Health Care Litigation Associate Attorney

Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad array of health care legal matters, including health care regulatory and compliance matters, health care reimbursement, health care operations, health information privacy and security, Medi-Cal managed care, provider and vendor contracting, payer-provider disputes, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Litigate health care reimbursement and regulatory compliance matters, including arbitration and litigation of reimbursement disputes.
- Experience with health care regulatory matters related to public health care providers and Medi-Cal is a plus.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice in California.
- Admitted in Nevada, or willing to take the Nevada bar exam.
Pay
The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 3 or more years of experience is $127,500 - $185,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
