About the role

The Cook is an integral part of the team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders and work assignments
• Withstand exposure to temperature and humidity changes as a result of entering refrigerated storage areas, working art ovens, ranges, dishwashing machines and steam tables
• Prepares meals in accordance with sanitary regulations
• Prepares meals in accordance with planned menus, standardized recipes and production
