About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Health & Benefits Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. In this remote role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients on health and welfare benefit programs, helping shape strategies that balance cost management, employee engagement, and compliance. You will partner closely with client leadership and carriers to guide renewal activity, negotiations, and data-driven decision-making. The role also requires strong analytical capability to evaluate healthcare utilization, build financial models, and translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary consultant for clients on health benefits programs
- Advise on cost management and employee engagement strategies
- Conduct strategy discussions with client leadership
- Provide market intelligence on benefit trends
- Lead annual renewal processes and carrier negotiations
- Analyze healthcare utilization and develop financial models
- Ensure compliance and assist with regulatory matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or related healthcare advisory work
- Experience with health and welfare benefit programs
- Strong client relationship management skills with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of group benefits, financial data analysis, and claims

Pay
Compensation: $110,000 – $160,000 annually
