About the role
The Lead Health & Benefits Consultant manages and advises client accounts with 2000+ lives on medical, dental, life, and disability plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client engagements
- Develop benefits strategies
- Negotiate with carriers and vendors to secure coverage
- Set service scope
- Communicate industry trends
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Drive revenue growth through account management and prospecting
- Oversee project success concerning scope, budget, and timeliness
- Promote new products and services
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- At least 8 years of experience in healthcare benefits consulting
- Industry reputation and expertise in health & benefits
- Client-facing experience in consulting
- Life & Health License
