Hourly wage: $19–$32 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific schedules, facilities, seasons, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the role
Health and Beauty associates focus on two key areas: customer service and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
