Health and Beauty Associate Overview
Health and Beauty associates focus on two primary tasks: providing excellent customer service and creating engaging displays.
Additional Compensation
Annual or quarterly performance incentives are included in the additional compensation package. Premiums may be added based on various factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. These premiums can range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.

Education and Training
