About the role

Health and Beauty associates focus on caring for customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.

Location: Walmart Supercenter #2682, 282 Berlin Mall Rd, Berlin, VT 05602, USA.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with health and beauty product selections.
• Maintain organized and attractive merchandise displays.
• Move incoming merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Create seasonal display features.

Pay

Hourly wage ranges from $17 to $30 per hour, meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Schedule

Full‑time position. Available shifts include Mid‑Shift and Closing.
