Health and Beauty Associate
The Health and Beauty associate is responsible for:
- Taking care of customers
- Creating seasonal display features
- Moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
Additional Compensation
Annual or quarterly performance incentives are included in the additional compensation. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
