About the role
Health and Beauty associates focus on two key areas: customer service and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
Pay
Hourly wage: $16 - $29 per hour (actual rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
Schedule
Employment type: Part-time. Available shifts: Mid-shift, Closing.
