Pay

Hourly wage: $17 – $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met

About the role

Health and Beauty associates focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
