Pay
Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

About the role
Health and Beauty associates focus on two key areas: customer care and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
