About the role
Health and Beauty associates are focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
Pay
- Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed required minimum wage applicable to job location)
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met)
