Health and Beauty Associate
The Health and Beauty associate role focuses on two main areas: taking care of customers and creating engaging merchandising displays.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Create and update seasonal display features to attract and serve customers.
- Manage inventory by moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor.
- Ensure product availability and assist customers with their purchases.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mid-shift and closing shifts.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Basic computer skills for managing inventory and customer data.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or related field preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
