Pay
Hourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour (the actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location).
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the role
Health and Beauty associates focus on two main responsibilities: caring for customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
