Health and Beauty Associate
The Health and Beauty associate is responsible for:
- Taking care of customers
- Creating seasonal display features
- Moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor
Additional Compensation
Annual or quarterly performance incentives are included in the additional compensation. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. These premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
